ADMISSION CALL FOR THE SSESP (Sindh School Education Scholarship Program) for the Academic Year 2025–2026

In the current academic year 2024–2025, meritorious students (residents of Sindh) enrolled in either Class 5, 7 or 8 at the Government of Sindh's School Education and Literacy Department and Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) are encouraged to apply through this "Call for Admission." These students plan to pursue post-primary education in reputable educational institutions. Following the announcement of the results by the relevant Scholarship Partner Institution(s), the makeup of Day Scholars and Boarders will be determined.

🎯Important Note: 

• A test will be used to determine which students will get scholarships based on merit.
• Tuition, any required hostel fees, and educational materials will all be covered by the scholarship.
• Transportation facilities will not be covered by the scholarship.
• One cannot claim admission or selection under this program as a right. 
• Applications may be conducted or canceled at any moment by the Scholarship Program.
• Original fee receipts for all expenses must be retained by applicants.

• Key Elements of the School Education Scholarship Program in Sindh (SSESP)
• For grades 6–12, the SSESP will provide full scholarships.
• The scholarship pays for tuition, learning resources, boarding and housing costs, and a monthly stipend.
• Merit alone will be the basis for selection.

🎯Eligibility Requirements: 

• The candidate must be enrolled in a government or SEF-Assisted school. 
• Be a current student in Class 6 or Class 7.
• The candidate must have spent at least 3 academic years (including 2024–2025) enrolled in a government or SEF-aided school.
• The parent of the applicant must reside in the district where the applicant is applying.
• As of the advertisement's closing date, the applicant's age cannot be greater than 12 years for Class 6 and 14 years for Class 7.

🎯Required Documents for the Admission Form:

• Completed admissions form (printed on A4-sized paper) with a photo the size of a passport.
• A photocopy of the General Register (GR) page from the school partner or SEF, fully attested by the relevant head master or head mistress.
• Copies of the domicile certificate, parent's CNIC on both sides, and the student's B-Form.
• The application and the NADRA authentication receipt.

🎯General Application Instructions: 

1. You can download the forms and challans from the website or the relevant institution.
2. Before submitting the admission form, the fee challan (if applicable) needs to be deposited and adhered to it.
3. Before submitting, the admission form must be filled out entirely.
4. Before the deadline, a hard copy of the completed application should be sent in.
5. At the time of admission, any forms that are inaccurate or lacking will be rejected.
6. Applications must be sent to the District Education Officer (DEO) in question.

🎯Details of the Entry Test:

The admission exam will have 100 multiple-choice questions.
Subjects from the preceding grade level (Classes 5, 7 and 8) will be covered in the merit-based exam. Among the topics were:

1. Math in English
2. Science in General
3. Following the submission of applications, the test syllabus will be distributed.
