This Advertisement aims to fill key positions in Thul (District Jacobabad) and Mirpur Bathoro (District Sujawal). These positions are based in Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) assisted schools operated by Research and Development  Foundation (RDF).

PRINCIPALS AND STAFF POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Locations: Thul and Mirpur Bathoro SINDH-PAKISTAN

Research and Development Foundation (RDF), in collaboration with the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), Government of Sindh, is pleased to announce exciting jobs opportunities in leadership, teaching, and non-teaching positions for schools in Thul (District Jabacabad) and Mirpur Bathoro (District Sujawal). RDF invites qualified and dedicated individuals to apply and contribute to advancing education in these regions.

The details of the available positions and eligibility criteria are provided below.

Leadership Positions

Position: Principal

Schools	Qualifications:
Public School Thul	M.Ed. or Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum 5-8 years of teaching and school management experience.
People's School Mirpur Bathoro	M.Ed. or Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum 5-8 years of teaching and school management experience.

Teaching Positions

1. Subject Specialist Teachers

Subjects	Qualifications
English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science	Master’s or equivalent in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates should have minimum 1-year teaching experience in the relevant field.

2. Elementary Teachers (General Subjects)

Subjects	Qualifications
English, Mathematics, General Science, Physical Training (PT)	Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree (14 years) from an HEC-recognized institution.

3. PST (Primary School Teacher) & ECE Teachers

Positions	Qualifications
PST (Primary School Teacher) & ECE Teachers	Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree (14 years) from an HEC-recognized institution. Experience and a Diploma in ECE/Montessori will be given preference.

Non-Teaching Positions

Positions	Qualifications
Admin/Accounts Associate	Graduation in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience.
Lab Assistant	Graduation in Science with a focus on laboratory work.
Librarian	Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science or Library Management. Relevant experience in library operations preferred.
Computer Lab Assistant	Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT. One year of relevant experience.
